The Carillon Miami Beach Resot & Spa is a condo-hotel development with a total of 580 spread out through three separate towers in Miami Beach. The historic Carillon Hotel (Center Tower) was an original landmark build in the 1950's and designed by the legendary Norman Giller - regarded as the "father" and grand master of Miami Modern architecture. The building was redeveloped in 2008 with an addition of its North Tower and South Tower counterparts.

North Tower

The Carillon North Tower is a dual tower building, with each tower reaching 29 and 35 stories respectively. It offers 207 units in one, two, three and four bedroom configurations and Penthouses, ranging from 1,280 to 3,615 sq ft. The building was designed by Arquitectonica in 2008 and is a pet-friendly building. 

Center Tower

The Central Tower in a 16 story which was the original building that was designed by Norman Giller and was first opened in 1957. The Hotel was the talk of the town in those days and quickly beame a Miami landmark. The building was purchased and completely redeveloped in 2008 by WSG Development Company and the architect Arquitectonica did an amazing job at preserving the Modernist style of the building. The Center Tower offers 230 units, 80 of which are condo residences. 150 of the 230 residences are turnkey hotel suites and can be found on the first 10 floors of the building.  The units are offered in one and two bedroom configurations ranging from 662 to 1,223 sq ft. 

South Tower

The South Tower of the Carrion was also developed in 2008 and designed by Arquitectonica. The building is 20 stories high and offers 143 units offered in one, two and three bedroom configurations as well as Penthouses, and range between 704 and 1,500 sq ft. Residents and guests at the Carillon can truly enjoy of a resort style lifestyle and can enjoy of amenities such as 24 hour concierge, valet, a full-service beach, a 70,000 sq ft fitness center with 4 pools, restaurant, a Health & Healing center, state-of-the-art spa and much more.
